Technology operator, software delivery leader, and long-term outsourcing entrepreneur with international education and enterprise software delivery experience.

Leadership Background

Chetan Mittal brings a career spanning software engineering, outsourced technology delivery, project management, and global operations. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Punjab Technical University, a Master in Systems Software Engineering from RMIT University in Melbourne, and an MBA through Mt Eliza / UQ (Melbourne Business School Executive Education).

From 2001 to 2005, he worked in Australia as an independent IT consultant. In 2005, he began building an outsourced web applications development business, gaining early entrepreneurial experience in the realities of delivery, client expectations, and operational execution. From 2006 to October 2008, he worked as a software project manager in Pune, primarily on Ruby on Rails technology, which he had mastered in 2005.

Since April 2009, Chetan has been building and operating the outsourced software development and delivery business that has evolved into Mittaltiger Global Operations Infrastructure Services. That experience now guides how Mittaltiger Global Operations Infrastructure Services builds, manages, and operates workflow-driven business processes for clients.
